I was in the middle of baking a cake when my oven stopped working, and I was about to panic because, like, cake. I clicked through some links on Google (thanks for great recommendation). Sir John arrived this evening, was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose. He had the part I needed in his truck and was able to fix my oven in no time. And he joked, which is a +.
